Production time varies depending on the item you order.
Most orders are produced within 2 to 4 business days after the order is received. Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 6 business days. Please allow a window of 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
Delivery time is: Production Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays on the part of the carrier, which is delivering your merchandise.
PLEASE ALLOW 2 WEEKS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER- the majority of our deliveries are received sooner, but if you plan for two weeks, we’re sure that you’ll be happy when you receive your order sooner.

Shipping is FREE! All of our advertised prices include standard shipping anywhere in the lower 48 States.

We do not ship internationally as the additional shipping costs, import duties, and taxes make our products too expensive. We do offer free shipping to the lower 48 States for all of our products.

We ship all orders directly to you, the purchaser, and not the gift recipient. We find this system works best to avoid any potential embarrassment on the remote chance that the product is damaged or an error has been made on the personalization. For your convenience, we will ship your order to your Broker’s office, if you so choose. We understand that your reputation is extremely important, and this ensures a quality product is given to your client every time.

It depends on what you order, but no, not always. We use different manufacturers for different products. So, if you order 2 or 3 products, you may receive 2 or 3 deliveries. All the deliveries should arrive within a few days of each other, though. When each item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for that package.

Laser engraving is precise, elegant, and permanent! Sometimes it has depth (laser engraving), sometimes it is smooth on the surface (laser etching or annealing). The term “laser engraving” is often used for other laser decoration methods.

All personalization and branding of our products are included in the advertised price. Please review the product description for the personalization options for each product.

The engraving on our site’s product images is for illustration and display purposes only. As a result of the lighter shade of bamboo wood, together with the wood’s grain, this may cause the engraving to vary, from lighter to darker, than what appears on the illustrated images.  Below are actual images of 3 different products, with the same engraving, which shows the variance that you may receive from product to product.

We don’t want to sell you one product and never hear from you again, because you weren’t happy for some reason. We desire to build ongoing relationships with all of our clients, and the best way we know how to achieve this is by offering a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If you are not happy with your product, for whatever reason, we will either refund your purchase or send you a replacement, free of charge- your choice. The only thing that we ask is that you make your exchange/refund request within five (5) business days of delivery of your product.

To obtain a product exchange or refund, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Please inspect your product immediately upon receipt. Please report any defects, damages, or mistakes to us within five (5) business days of the delivery date.
  2. Please report any defects, damages, or mistakes to us by emailing  support@beyondtheclosing.com and advise them of your concern. Please include your Order Number together with several clear pictures of the defective/damaged area. Do not send the product back to us.
  3. Our Customer Service team will review your submission and either request additional information/images or confirm your exchange/refund request. We strive to address all customer’s concerns within 2 business days!

Please contact us with any questions you may have before placing an order.  We strive to place your order into production immediately after it is placed. Please understand when your order is submitted, we will be unable to cancel or change it. Please make sure to check spelling, dates, names, etc. carefully. Products will be printed exactly as the information that you have submitted. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you had reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.
